TikTok is full of conversations surrounding the comic book genre, and as someone who consumes a lot of comics and TikToks, I’ve wanted to share some of my favorite follows on the platform!

Sir_Superhero

Few comic book creators online are better at breaking down the past and present history and powers of comic book heroes and villains. Sir_Superhero dives into the more obscure, isn’t afraid to try to answer tough questions, and covers a large spectrum of material in their work, from new and old, and expanded media. Most importantly, the content is accessible, as you don’t need to be a seasoned reader to appreciate it. You’ll learn something new in almost every video they do.

For those looking to learn more about what’s going on in the current comic book climate, Kody_Collects offers his thoughts in reviews of new books, collecting, and updates on what he’s read. While not the flashiest content, Kody knows his stuff and his positivity for the medium makes watching him so much fun. So, whether you want recommendations, see graphic novel hauls, or find out what’s coming out on new comic book day, his work is worth checking out.
